“Relations between the two brotherly countries – Trkiye and Azerbaijan continue to grow,” Numan Kurtulmus, Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Trkiye (GNAT), told journalists after the opening ceremony of the 14th Plenary Session of the Asian Parliamentary Assembly (APA) held in Baku, APA reports.
“On behalf of the GNAT, I congratulate President Ilham Aliyev on his victory in the elections. We believe that after the great Garabagh victory, this election victory also holds great promise for the name of the Azerbaijani people and the Turkic world,” said the speaker of the GNAT.
