Azerbaijan Approves Regulatory Pilot Projects for Electronic Services


Baku: Azerbaijan has approved new rules for the implementation of regulatory pilot projects aimed at testing digital solutions within state bodies. This development is part of a broader initiative to determine the effectiveness and necessity of electronic services in government institutions.



According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree that outlines these rules. The decree is designed to guide the initial stages of organizing electronic services by state institutions. In addition, the Cabinet of Ministers has been directed to address any issues that may arise from the implementation of this decree.



This move marks a significant step in Azerbaijan’s efforts to modernize and streamline government services through technology. By piloting these digital solutions, the government aims to assess their viability and potential impact before wider adoption.
