The President of the Republic of Iraq, Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, addressed a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of Azerbaijan’s National Holiday, APA reports.
The letter reads:
“Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.
On my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Iraq, I am honored to extend my sincere congratulations to Your Excellency on the occasion of the national holiday of your country. I wish you success, and your friendly people progress and prosperity.
Taking this pleasant opportunity, I reaffirm our interest in strengthening relations between our friendly countries and peoples in all domains.”
