Baku:Discussions are underway about the role artificial intelligence should play in the country’s education system and its potential impact on education. This topic is considered both controversial and uncertain in today’s agenda.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev shared these insights at the 7th International Forum on New Challenges in Education, which was held under the slogan “More Educated Future.”
The Minister emphasized that the notion of artificial intelligence replacing teachers is a clich© and acknowledged the reality of AI. The focus is on utilizing AI to advance educational methods and benefit from its capabilities.
He further highlighted that artificial intelligence could play a significant role in assessing students. Effective use of AI in student assessment could lead to more objective evaluations and accelerate the assessment process, creating unique opportunities for improvement. However, the successful integration of AI requires learning how to effectively use it.
