‘Foreign forces are pulling Armenia into very dangerous geopolitical games,’ said Maria Zakharova, the official of the Ministry of Foreign of Foreign Affairs of Russian Federation during a briefing she held today, APA reports.
According to her, Russia observes the efforts of foreign forces trying to pull Yerevan into more dangerous geopolitical games: ‘West is completely indifferent towards the fate of Armenia and Armenian people. And Russia is ready to help peace, stability and Armenia’s prosperity, as it takes into account the friendly relations. It really means a lot to us,’ the official of the Russian MFA stressed.
Zakharova also talked about the prospects for the normalization of Azerbaijan-Armenia relations: ‘We see good prospects for the normalization of relations between Yerevan and Baku based on the trilateral agreements of the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia.
