Russia plans to open a second consulate general in Armenia, said Russian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Yevgeny Ivanov in his interview with Komsomolskaya Pravda, APA reports.
The diplomat noted that opening a new general consulate in Gafan city is supposed.
Besides, decisions have been made on opening embassies in Burkina-Faso and Equatorial Guinea, consulates in Aktau city of Kazakhstan, Samarkand city of Uzbekistan, and in Indonesia.
