“It is regrettable and surprising that the return of Western Azerbaijanis to their homeland is perceived as a territorial claim in Armenia. Even the Prime Minister said that he considers it a national security threat for Armenia,” Azerbaijan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov said at a press conference on the results of 2023, APA reports.
“We believe that positive results can be achieved only if the Armenian side shows a humane position like Azerbaijan in this matter,” the minister noted.
