Resettlement Convoy Arrives in Kangarli Village, Aghdam: 3and Families Receive New Homes


Aghdam: A resettlement convoy arrived in Kangarli village, Aghdam district, where 3and families received keys to new private residential houses. Representatives from the Special Representation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Aghdam, Fuzuli, and Khojavend districts, along with the State Committee for Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons, attended the ceremony.



According to Azeri-Press News Agency, this marks a new phase of resettlement directed by President Ilham Aliyev. The initiative includes relocating 3and families, totaling 153 people, to Kangarli village.



Currently, approximately 50,000 people reside in Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur. This population includes former internally displaced persons, individuals working on various projects, employees of state institutions, and those involved in healthcare, education, culture, tourism, industry, and energy sectors. Additionally, students are pursuing education in the region, contributing to its development and reconstruction efforts.
