Heavy rains on the 26th caused powerful mudflows in a number of regions of Azerbaijan.
One of the victims was Goychay, mudflows washed away the Goychay-Garamaryam highway. Thus, traffic on this highway was blocked, hundreds of cars were captured by the elements.
