Baku:ICESCO has submitted a report on its technical mission to Karabakh to the Azerbaijani government. Salim bin Mohammed AlMalik, Director-General of ICESCO, highlighted the organization’s longstanding cooperation with Azerbaijan in a statement to APA.
According to Azeri-Press news agency, ICESCO’s mission focused on the protection of cultural heritage in the liberated territories of Karabakh. The report submitted by ICESCO was well-received by the Azerbaijani government.
Salim bin Mohammed AlMalik also mentioned ICESCO’s collaboration with Azerbaijan in the field of artificial intelligence. The organization, in partnership with the Ministry of Science and Education, has developed the Islamic World’s Artificial Intelligence Index, assessing countries’ preparedness in this domain.
