‘Even if a citizen`s ID card has expired, they are still eligible to vote in the upcoming presidential election scheduled for February 7,’ said Deputy Chairman of Azerbaijan’s Central Election Commission (CEC) Rovzat Gasimov as he addressed the regular meeting of the commission held on Monday.
