Baku: An international event titled “Pharmaceutical Industry of Azerbaijan: Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow” took place, organized by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Embassy of Hungary in Azerbaijan, at the Heydar Aliyev Center.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the conference featured an opening speech by Teymur Musayev, Minister of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He highlighted the significance of the event focused on the development of Azerbaijan’s pharmaceutical industry, aligning it with the birthday of National Leader Heydar Aliyev.
The event drew approximately 300 participants from both local and international spheres, enabling extensive discussions following the presentations. Attendees examined the current state of the pharmaceutical sector, explored future collaboration opportunities, and identified challenges in medical and pharmaceutical education. Questions related to these topics were addressed during the conference.
