The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has approved a Law on the State Reserves of the Republic of Azerbaijan, APA reports.
This Law defines the organizational, legal and economic bases of activity in the field of establishment and management of state resources in accordance with paragraph 1 and 20 of Article 94, Part I of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
