Azerbaijani Greco-Roman wrestler Turan Dashdamirov has progressed to the final of the 2023 Tirana U17 European Championships held in Albania. On the way to the final, he thrashed Greek Athanasios Tsinias 9-0, Georgian Jaba Bolkvadze 9-1 and Armenian Yurik Mkhitaryan 8-0. Turan Dashdamirov will take on Russian Rustem Abatsiev in the 45kg final.
