A national online information center will be established to protect children from harmful information in Azerbaijan, APA reports.
This is reflected in the Order “Strategy of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Information Security and Cyber Security for 2023-2027” signed by President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
According to the document, The State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic was instructed to ensure the creation of a national online information center and its integration into international networks jointly with the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport and Ministry of Education in order to fulfill the duties arising from the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On protection of children from harmful information”.
