Punishments for violation of legislation on the prevention of domestic violence are being tightened in Azerbaijan, it was reflected in the proposed amendment to the Code of Administrative Offenses, which was discussed at a meeting of the Committee on Science and Education of the Milli Majlis.
According to the amendment, administrative arrest will be applied for those who violate legislation on domestic violence.
