“The voters outside the borders of Azerbaijan also have the right to vote,” Chairman of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mazahir Panahov said in a press conference of the Commission held today, APA reports.
The CEC Chairman noted that 49 stations in 37 countries have already been established in embassies, and consulates: “More than 23,000 voters have already been registered in these stations. At the same time, the absentee ballot is also required for voting in Azerbaijan.”
