“Azerbaijan and Armenia have issues in International Court against each other which need to be resolved,” Azerbaijan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov said as he delivered a speech at the year-end report briefing of the Ministry, APA reports.

“It is true that if the two countries are talking about a peace agreement, the impact of conducting wars at the legal, media, and diplomatic level in parallel is a legitimate question,” the Minister noted.
