Kalbajar: Two servicemen of the Azerbaijani Army, Huseynov Mahammad Alibaba and Gaflanov Kamil Jamil, were injured after stepping on a landmine while performing their duties in the Kalbajar region. The incident occurred on May 11, as confirmed by the Ministry of Defense.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the injured servicemen were promptly evacuated to a nearby medical facility. After receiving immediate medical aid, their condition has stabilized. They are currently undergoing treatment at a military medical facility.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
