Baku: The Secretary General of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic States (TURKPA), Ramil Hasan, has sent a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the letter acknowledges President Aliyev’s leadership and congratulates him on his birthday.
In his letter, Ramil Hasan highlights President Aliyev’s role in showcasing the power of modern Azerbaijani statehood to the world, particularly through the Karabakh Victory. He describes this achievement as a source of pride for the Turkic world and a culmination of the statehood path initiated by National Leader Heydar Aliyev.
