Accra:Karabakh Large-scale construction work is underway in Karabakh and East Zangezur, according to Charles Veley, a traveler from California.
According to Azeri-Press news agency, Veley, who has been organizing tours to the region for the past six years, has witnessed significant development during his visits. He highlighted that the new road infrastructure has drastically reduced travel times. Previously, the journey from Khojavand to the area took several hours, but now it only takes about 10 minutes.
Veley also pointed out that extensive construction is progressing toward the project known as the Zangezur corridor, which he hopes to see fully completed. He remarked on the importance of this development as an indication of the major construction efforts by Azerbaijan in the region.
