Baku: The participation of businessmen from Tabriz in construction works in Karabakh is being discussed, Yaghoub Houshyar, the mayor of Iran’s Tabriz city, told journalists within the framework of the “III Azerbaijan National Urban Forum,” APA-Economics reports.
According to Azeri-Press news agency, businessmen from Tabriz have shown significant interest in the restoration and development works being carried out in Karabakh. Mayor Houshyar noted that there is already coordination in place, and future participation could be further expanded. The involvement of Tabriz businessmen in projects related to the rehabilitation of Karabakh, as well as education and infrastructure initiatives, is supported at the state level.
The mayor emphasized that this cooperation aims to bring both cities and peoples closer together, highlighting the strategic importance of such collaborative efforts.
