BAKU: Rafael Huseynov has been honored with the “Sharaf” Order for his outstanding contributions to Azerbaijani literature and his long-term social and political activities, Trend reports.
President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a relevant decree in this regard.
