Baku: President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent a congratulatory letter to President Ilham Aliyev, APA reports.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the letter conveyed sincere congratulations and best wishes to President Aliyev on his birthday.
