According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Aliyev highlighted the importance of countries basing their strategies and policies on their potential. He stressed the necessity of establishing good relations with as many countries as possible, both regionally and globally. The head of state pointed out that Azerbaijan has successfully achieved this objective.
