President Ilham Aliyev Appoints New Chairs and Judges to Azerbaijani Courts


Baku: Chairs and judges have been appointed to several courts in Azerbaijan, APA reports. President Ilham Aliyev has signed an Order on some issues related to the appointment of the deputy chairman of the Court of Appeal, chairmen of the judicial boards of the courts of appeal, and judges and chairmen of the courts of first instance.



According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the Order outlines the new appointments, which are set to take effect immediately upon the date of signing. The appointments aim to strengthen the judiciary system in the country by positioning qualified individuals in key roles within various courts.



The new appointees will undertake their roles as stipulated in the Order, which highlights the importance of judicial leadership in maintaining the rule of law and ensuring the efficient functioning of the courts. The appointments are part of ongoing efforts to enhance the judicial framework in Azerbaijan.
