Baku:President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has extended his condolences to Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez in response to a tragic train accident in Spain that resulted in the loss of numerous lives.
According to Azeri-Press news agency, President Aliyev expressed his sorrow through a post on his X account.
The president’s message read “Deeply saddened by the tragic train accident in Spain. I extend my heartfelt condolences to Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez, the families of the victims, and the people of Spain. I wish a swift recovery to all those injured.”
