Baku: A Public-Private Partnership (PPP) agreement has been signed for the construction of a desalination plant in the Caspian Sea, APA-Economics reports. The agreement covers the design, construction, financing, operation, and maintenance of the Caspian Sea water desalination plant.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the document was signed by Zaur Mikayilov, Chairman of the Azerbaijan State Water Resources Agency, and Marco Arcelli, CEO of ACWA Power.
