Philippine President Extends Congratulations to Azerbaijan on 107th Independence Anniversary


Baku: Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos, President of the Republic of the Philippines, has extended his congratulations to President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan in a congratulatory letter marking the 107th anniversary of Azerbaijan’s Independence Day, APA reports.



According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Marcos expressed his well-wishes on behalf of the Philippine government and its citizens, acknowledging the shared aspirations between the two nations. In his letter, President Marcos emphasized the mutual vision of both countries for peace, progress, and prosperity. He expressed hope for the continuation and deepening of the partnership between the Philippines and Azerbaijan as they work towards these common goals in the future years.



The letter concluded with President Marcos offering assurances of his highest consideration to President Aliyev, highlighting the diplomatic goodwill and commitment to fostering bilateral relations between the two nations.
