Baku: Santiago Pe±a, President of the Republic of Paraguay, has sent a congratulatory letter to President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan on the occasion of Azerbaijan’s Independence Day, APA reports.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the letter from President Pe±a expressed sincere greetings and congratulations on behalf of the people and government of Paraguay. President Pe±a highlighted May 28 as a significant occasion and conveyed wishes for peace, happiness, and prosperity to the people of Azerbaijan.
In the letter, President Pe±a expressed hopes for the continued expansion of friendship and cooperation between Paraguay and Azerbaijan. He concluded by renewing assurances of his highest consideration and esteem for President Aliyev.
