The number of voters in Azerbaijan is 6,421,960, Trend reports.
The Chairman of the Central Electoral Commission, Mazahir Panakhov, announced this at a press conference held today.
The number of voters who turn 18 on the election day is 374.
He noted that there are 6,478 polling stations, of which 6,343 are permanent and 135 are temporary.
Mazahir Panakhov added that from the observation point of view, there is no difference between the 135 temporary polling stations and the permanent polling stations: “Registered observers can observe all polling stations without permanent or temporary division. To do this, it is only necessary to comply with the internal regulations of the closing enterprise. This is their internal discipline.”
