Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan, Aibek Artykbaev, received on Friday copies of the credentials of the newly appointed Ambassador of the State of Palestine to the Kyrgyz Republic (concurrently) Javad Mohammed Awad.
Artykbaev congratulated Awad on his appointment to a high position, wishing him success in the development of Kyrgyz-Palestinian relations, and expressed the readiness of the Kyrgyz Republic for mutually beneficial cooperation with the State of Palestine.
The parties discussed priority areas of cooperation, in particular, the expansion of the legal framework, the establishment of contacts at various levels and interaction within the framework of international organizations.
For his part, Awad thanked for the warm welcome and assured that he would make the necessary efforts and maintain constant contact.
