Brussels: Natural gas prices in Europe witnessed a decrease today, as the cost for 1,000 cubic meters of gas dropped to $426 during the auctions, APA-Economics reports.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the price of August futures on the TTF index, which is the most liquid virtual sales center in Europe, marked a 0.5% decrease from the previous calculation price of $428.3. This latest price adjustment reflects ongoing market dynamics and trading activities in the European energy sector.
The Trans-Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) has been a significant development in the transportation of Azerbaijani gas to Europe, having commenced operations on December 31, 2020.
