Upon completion, students will earn degrees from both institutions, benefiting from international academic exposure.

The agreement was formalized during an official visit to China by NSU’s delegation, led by Rector Elbrus Isayev. During the visit, both universities also explored possibilities for joint educational programmes in information technology and cybersecurity, academic exchanges for faculty, and collaborative research projects. Faculty visits from BISTU to NSU are scheduled for April and May 2027, during which Chinese professors will deliver courses, and engage in joint research and seminars.
