“Elections are held in free and constructive conditions, no violations of the law have been registered so far,” Vitalie Jacot, a member of the Moldovan Parliament, head of the Moldova-Azerbaijani Friendship Group told APA.
According to him, the elections are well prepared in terms of infrastructure, social communication, and organization.
