Kyrgyzstan sets quota for migrant workers for 2022

Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Akylbek Zhaparov signed an order to determine the quota for labor migration.

According to the document, in order to implement Article 7 of the Law of KR “On External Labor Migration”, the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On External Migration”, in accordance with Articles 13, 17 of the Constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan”:

Determine the quota in the amount of 16,610 for labor migration, establishing a limit on the number of foreign nationals and stateless persons arriving in the Kyrgyz Republic for labor activities, by sectors of the economy and regions of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2022, according to the appendix.
