Israeli Ambassador Highlights Development of Human Capital at Azerbaijan Cybersecurity Center

Baku: The Azerbaijan Cybersecurity Center is developing high-level human capital, stated Israel’s Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Ronen Kraus, during his speech at the Center’s sixth graduation ceremony.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the ambassador emphasized that the Center is not just a training facility but also a representation of vision, investment in people, and belief in the power of knowledge. He remarked that this joint initiative between Azerbaijan and Israel reflects a shared understanding that cybersecurity has evolved beyond a technical domain into a strategic pillar for national security, economic resilience, and technological development. The achievements of the Center are notable, with hundreds of specialists being trained and subsequently placed in significant positions across both the public and private sectors. This indicates that Azerbaijan is not only developing infrastructure but also cultivating top-level human capital.
