Iran releases currency exchange rates for October 9


BAKU: The Central Bank of Iran (CBI) put up an official exchange rate for foreign currencies on October 9, Trend reports via the CBI.

According to the bank’s currency exchange rate, 39 currencies increased while six currencies fell compared to October 8.

As for CBI, $1 equals 442,327 Iranian rials and one euro is 485,254 rials, while on October 8, one euro was 484,075 rials.

The CBI adopted the SANA system for currency exchange offices, where one euro costs 547,918 rials and $1 costs 499,448 rials.

NIMA is a scheme for selling a percentage of the foreign money earned from exports.

The price of one euro in this system amounted to 520,834 rials, and the price of $1 totals 474,760 rials.

On the black market, $1 is worth about 624,000-627,000 rials, while one euro is about 684,000-687,000 rials.
