Baku:The European Union has successfully implemented 29 educational projects in Azerbaijan since 2008. This was announced by EU Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Marijana Kujundžic, at a press conference dedicated to the ‘Study in Europe’ fair.
According to Azeri-Press news agency, the fair is part of the celebrations marking the 30th anniversary of the Partnership and Cooperation Agreement between Azerbaijan and the EU, signed in 1996. The event aims to inform young people about higher education and scholarship opportunities in Europe.
Ambassador Kujundžic emphasized the benefits of studying in Europe, highlighting the opportunity for young Azerbaijanis to acquire new knowledge and skills, experience different cultures, and form international connections. She expressed hope that the fair would inspire more Azerbaijani youth to pursue studies in the EU, offering them a platform for creativity, innovation, and inspiration.
The ‘Study in Europe’ fair is scheduled to take place in Baku on October 10-11, featuring participation from more than 60 universities across 16 European countries.
