British Traveler Impressed by Karabakh’s Reconstruction and Landmine Clearance Efforts


Baku: First and foremost, I was deeply impressed to see the reconstruction of Karabakh, British traveler Avi Rosenfeld, who visited the liberated territories of Azerbaijan, told APA.



According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the British traveler noted that he was impressed by the restoration work being carried out in Karabakh. He expressed that witnessing the reconstruction and the scale of work being done truly impressed him.



He also emphasized the importance of mine clearance work in Karabakh. Rosenfeld acknowledged the measures taken by the Azerbaijani government regarding mine clearance, though he recognized that it may take a long time to completely clear all the territories. He stated that their visit aimed to closely monitor this process and learn about the next steps to be undertaken in the subsequent phases.
