Belgian traveler: I appreciate the construction work carried out by the Azerbaijani government in Karabakh

‘I live in Switzerland. We have come here with a group of 33 people together with the Picky Reels Travelers Club. We are very happy to be invited to visit Garabagh,’ Yves Bouvier, the head of the Piki Reels club, said in an interview with APA.

He stated that the main purpose of their trip to Karabakh is to learn about the reconstruction works carried out by Azerbaijan after the long-term occupation by Armenia: ‘Today, we visited Shusha. I first went to that city in 2022. Construction work is currently ongoing in Shusha. After that, we went to Aghdam. This city has also changed significantly since 2022. I got to know the center being built for tourists here. I observed that considerable restoration work has been done since our last visit. I saw the newly constructed houses in Fuzuli. In this regard, I appreciate the work done by the government of Azerbaijan for the return of internally displaced persons to their homes.”
