Baku to Host International Oil Trade and Logistics Forum


Baku: The II Caspian and Central Asia Oil Trade and Logistics Forum is set to take place in Baku on April 23-24, as reported by APA-Economics. The event will gather key stakeholders from the oil and logistics sector to discuss pressing issues impacting the region.



According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the forum will see participation from significant organizations including SOCAR, Petronas, KMG Kashagan, Pakistan Railways, and Black Sea Terminal. The discussions will center around enhancing Caspian ports and railway networks to handle increasing volumes of oil and petroleum products. Additionally, the forum will address managing the complex financial and legal frameworks necessary for cross-border energy trade amid a shifting geopolitical landscape.



Participants will also explore aligning regional operations with international quality and environmental standards. This alignment aims to ensure long-term competitiveness in the oil and logistics sectors.
