Baku:A conference titled “Digital Financial Ecosystem A New Stage in Governance” is currently underway in Baku. The event, reported by APA-Economics, is being held at the Baku Congress Center. It is organized by the Public Council under the Ministry of Finance with official partnership from the Azerbaijan Association of Professional Financial Managers (APFM).
According to Azeri-Press news agency, the conference is delving into various topics concerning the digitalization of public finance. These include the integration of budget and treasury processes, application of artificial intelligence, digital transformation in tax administration, and the development of payment systems.
The conference also emphasizes the transition to results-based budgeting, enhancing transparency in public procurement, employing data-driven auditing, and the early detection of risks in financial monitoring.
