Azercosmos’ Service Exports Surpass $4 Million in Early 2026


Baku: Azercosmos, the Space Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan, exported services worth $4.1 million in the first quarter of 2026. These services, which include satellite and telecom services, were provided to around 90 companies across 32 countries.



According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the latest data was revealed in the April edition of the ‘Export Review’ magazine published by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communications. This report highlights a reduction of 8 countries and 10 companies compared to the same period last year, but despite this, the service value saw an increase of 2.5%.



Azercosmos’ revenue from exported services accounted for 64% of its total income during this period. The primary countries utilizing Azercosmos’ resources included the United Kingdom, Luxembourg, Trkiye, Pakistan, and Sweden.
