Azerbaijan’s weightlifter Huseyn Heydarov (81kg) has won three gold medals at the 2023 European Youth and U15 Championships held in Chisinau, Moldova. He earned two golds after lifting 118kg in the snatch and 139kg in the clean and jerk events respectively. Heydarov lifted a total of 257kg (118+139) to secure his 3rd gold medal of the championships.
