Baku: The expenditures of the State Social Protection Fund (SSPF) for 2026 will amount to 8,483,070,000.0 manats. This development was revealed in the draft law ‘On the 2026 Budget of the State Social Protection Fund,’ which was discussed at today’s session of the Milli Majlis.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the sources of financing for these expenditures are outlined in the draft. The revenues of the State Social Protection Fund’s 2026 budget are projected to be 8,323,100,000.0 manats. Additionally, 159,970,000.0 manats will be allocated from the reserve created as of January 1, 2026, to finance the Fund’s 2026 expenditures.
Following the discussions in the Milli Majlis, the draft was put to a vote and successfully adopted in the first reading.
