Baku: President Ilham Aliyev has sent a congratulatory letter to Mr. Matamela Cyril Ramaphosa, President of the Republic of South Africa, APA reports.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the letter expressed Aliyev’s sincere congratulations to President Ramaphosa and the people of South Africa on the occasion of their national holiday, Freedom Day. Aliyev emphasized the importance of the friendly relations and mutually beneficial cooperation between Azerbaijan and South Africa. He expressed optimism that these ties would continue to develop and expand through joint efforts on both bilateral and multilateral levels, aligning with the interests of both nations.
President Aliyev concluded his letter with his best wishes to President Ramaphosa, hoping for lasting peace and prosperity for the people of South Africa on their national holiday.
