Baku: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a congratulatory letter to Slovak President Peter Pellegrini on the occasion of Slovakia’s Constitution Day.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Aliyev expressed his heartfelt congratulations on behalf of himself and the people of Azerbaijan.
