Baku: President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an order granting higher military ranks to three servicemen of the State Border Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan, APA reports.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the order confers the higher military rank of ‘lieutenant general’ upon Major General Babek Vahid Gurbanov. Additionally, Colonels Jeyhun Hasan Nabiyev and Azer Aliyusif Shirinov have been promoted to the higher military rank of ‘major general.’
