Baku: Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has approved an “Action Plan for 2025-2030 on Improving the Quality of Vocational Education and Enhancing the Existing Infrastructure in Penitentiary Institutions,” APA reports.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the order mandates the Ministry of Justice to coordinate the execution of the Action Plan’s measures. The Ministry is required to provide an annual report to the President of Azerbaijan detailing the plan’s implementation progress.
The Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the execution of the Action Plan, as requested by the Ministry of Justice. Additionally, the Cabinet of Ministers has been instructed to address any issues that arise from this directive.
